Quinn Williams Construction (Aggie owned and operated) has been in business for over 20 years. Quinn has been building and remodeling houses in the Bryan-College Station area since 1992. He is no stranger to the area. In fact, he was born and raised here and, in a sense, has been exposed to the real estate industry all his life. His mother, Celia Goode-Haddock is president and owner of University Title Company.
Quinn graduated from Texas A&M with a construction Science degree in 1994. He began his career working for long-time local homebuilder, Tony Jones. After much exposure to a variety of commercial and residential construction styles, Quinn decided to venture out on his own in 1999 and specialize in custom homebuilding. During that time, Quinn took on various room additions and remodeling projects and began to realize that consumers did not have many qualified, experienced contractors in the area to choose from.
In 2006, Quinn started incorporating more and more renovations and make-overs into his homebuilding company. By 2012, a majority of his projects were remodels. Although Quinn is focused on renovations, he still builds custom houses as well.
Quinn’s wife Kim of 22 years is a second grade school teacher and is also a native of College Station. In the summers, she assists Quinn in their business. They have three children, a son in college, a daughter and another son in high school.
When Quinn performs construction projects, he does a lot of listening. “It’s a simple philosophy. I ask the right questions and eventually get the right answers. The end result is always an improvement that truly reflects my customer’s dreams.”
